A multidimensional phenomenon, eradication of poverty is to cope with depletion of all basic necessities of simple social lives.

It is also based on the integrated economic policies. Policies made for poverty alleviation are also helpful in triggering the economy upward.

Poverty is the globally proliferating subject that is of huge concern as poverty eradication will lead towards the dawn of prosperity.

To overcome poverty, charity is not any solid solution. There must be the protection of human rights. It will lead us towards a way of progress because poverty is not any natural indicator. It driven by human and can be eradicated.

Poverty is the mother of revolution and crime.

Nations get prospered and revolutionized by fighting against hunger, poverty and malnutrition.

Causes of Poverty:

There are main aspects that result poverty.

  1. Lack of Education
  2. Poor assessment to pure water and nutrition
  3. Lack of resource
  4. Depletion of employment opportunities
  5. Poor Government Policies

Lack of Education:

Education is the weapon that can alleviate poverty. As poverty is the global issue and spread all over the world. All states are competing to get rid of it since decades.

Lack of education cultivates ignorance. Lack of skills and awareness causes lower incomes due to which an individual cannot fulfill his basic social requirements.

By educating individuals, youth can overcome milestones towards a way forward to their bright and prosper future.

 In poor countries, the percentage of illiteracy is more than 80%. Illiteracy is the warning sign for economic disparity as education navigates inequality of economic policies.

Lack of Water and Nutrition:

Pure water and perfect meal is the right of every human. Some states are failed to cope with depletion of water and food for their inhabitants.

Pure food is the obligation of each state because in some countries people are too helpless to earn money for the fulfillment of food requirements.

Economic policies are the first priority of every Government.

It is the duty of each government to better their policies of imports and exports so that there should be enough food storage for a season.

Governments must reduce prices so that people of all classes may buy food items.

Lack of Resources:

Countries may have lands to grow food but these are lacked of resources how to grow crops in perfect volumes?

Some states are sufficient of fertile land or food industries so that’s why these can’t fulfill food requirements of their population.

Depletion of Employment opportunities:

Because of poor education policies, individuals are lack of skills that may help them in earning.

Governments have no interest in construction projects that may help them to provide employment opportunities.

By education and policies, opportunity of employment can be assessed.

Government Policies:

Welfare policies for the benefits of people and economic support can reduce poverty.

An adequate increase in wages of labor can also alleviate poverty.

Free market policies can promote economic growth.

When economy is stabilized then poverty may be reduced. Conflict and destabilized economy of any state is a sign of poverty.

Poverty is not natural, as it is because of man himself. It can be overcome by struggle and fight against the causes of it.

Effects of Poverty:

Poverty causes malnutrition as many children are died because of hunger. Poverty and malnutrition are the main reason because of which 3.1 million children die every year all over the world.

822 million people suffer from poor nourishment because of poverty.

Poverty is the mother of crimes?

Poverty causes many crimes like theft.

People lack of employment and basic skills choose this evil way to meet their social needs.

Poverty and criminal activities are strongly related to each other. Poverty generates crimes. People that are unemployed and fail to fulfill basic needs of their families may indulge into criminal activities. Poverty provides a breeding ground for the criminal acts.

Alleviation of Poverty:

Poverty can be alleviated by:

  1. Generating employment opportunities.
  2. Providing pure drinking water
  3. Overcome undernourishment
  4. Free marketing principles
  5. Enhancing awareness and educating youth
  6. Better economic policies
  7. Awareness of developing own businesses.
  8. Increasing wages
  9. Equality of economy for all classes of people
  10. Empowering women to earn to live free
